- ➤ Arizona law allows cars to park in front of a house on public streets if drivers follow posted rules—such as adhering to time limits and parking distances—and local HOAs may enforce extra restrictions; towing happens only when safety or clear violations occur. The Arizona Republic

- ➤ Fromm Family Foods recalled 300 cases of Bonnihill Farms dog food in Maricopa and 13 other states on Dec. 3 after owner complaints found plastic pieces in the product.
