Good morning, Maricopa.
🏛️ Government
Arizona law allows legally permitted adults to carry guns openly or concealed in grocery stores but private businesses may ban firearms, and if a customer refuses to remove a gun after a request (ARS 13-3102) they may face a Class 1 misdemeanor charge.
The state law bars local governments from imposing stricter gun rules than those set by Arizona.
