- ➤ Danny Seiden, president and CEO of the Arizona Chamber of Commerce and Industry, said the government shutdown is already hurting Arizona by delaying permits needed for new manufacturing projects and halting SBA loan processing. He warned that if the shutdown continues, upcoming events like SEMICON West at the Phoenix Convention Center will suffer—jeopardizing future job growth and investments. KTAR
