  • ASU Football won a 38-19 season opener over NAU in front of 56,759 fans at Mountain America Stadium—Sam Leavitt passed for 257 yards and scored four times while the team faced 12 penalties that cost 93 yards; they will play Mississippi State at 4:30 p.m. on the road next.
