- ➤ Maricopa County Sheriff's Office rescued over 50 animals including camels and a zebra from a neglected Rio Verde property without food or water—officials delivered over 2,000 gallons to help relieve the animals. 12 News

- ➤ Al Jardine—remembering his friend Brian Wilson—led his Pet Sounds Band at the Musical Instrument Museum in Phoenix on July 24, reflecting on Wilson’s legacy and the challenge of performing 'The Beach Boys Love You.' He said the tour and the upcoming box set featuring unreleased material help keep Wilson’s spirit alive. The Arizona Republic
