➤ Maricopa County prosecutors said Brady Kiser will not face charges in the accidental drowning of his 3-year-old son Trigg (he lost sight of him for three to five minutes while caring for his newborn) because the evidence did not meet the threshold for a conviction. The Arizona Republic

➤ Phoenix native TyTy Washington Jr.—who averaged 22.3 points with the Valley Suns last season—signed a one-year contract with the Los Angeles Clippers after his time with the Suns, appearing in 16 games for them and 23 games in the G League. The Arizona Republic
➤ The Diamondbacks traded 2024 All-Star Josh Naylor to the Mariners for two pitching prospects on Thursday night & are weighing more trades before the July 31 deadline after a 50-53 season.
