- ➤ City and state partners in Buckeye plan to remove invasive tamarisks that fueled recent wildfires along the Gila River. - ➤ Eligible Comcast customers may claim payments from a $117.5M settlement if they document losses up to $10,000 or opt for an alternate payment of about $50; claims must be filed by Aug. 14 and payments will follow a final hearing on July 7. The Arizona Republic

- ➤ ADOT announced multiple freeway closures for pavement and tunnel work from May 15-18 to manage graduation traffic across the Valley.
