- ➤ A Phoenix mother of four was diagnosed with stage 4 colon cancer in June 2022 and received surgery, chemotherapy and HAI treatment from Dr. Ramanathan at Banner MD Anderson Cancer Center. After five surgeries and two years of treatment, she is now cancer free (she works as a certified nutrition consultant to help others). 12 News

Combs explained that a will and living trust using internet forms for a Chandler home may be valid without notarized witness signatures, but if these signatures are not notarized the witnesses must later testify in probate court for the will to be self-proving—per A.R.S. 14-2504. - ➤ Madison Conner, a high school star from Chandler, was the only Arizona-bred player selected in the WNBA draft on April 14th—she was picked in the third round by the Seattle Storm after a record season at TCU. - ➤ Joe Black—Jackie Robinson’s roommate and the first black pitcher to win a World Series game—helped build the Diamondbacks’ community affairs department from 1998 until his passing and is honored with a retired name plate at Chase Field.
