- ➤ A dangerous Arizona fugitive—23-year-old Alex Bangash—who cut his ankle monitor on March 10 was captured in rural Texas last Thursday and will be extradited to face trial on multiple violent crimes including counts of sexual assault. KTAR

Water Way—65 miles southeast of Phoenix—with headliners Riley Green, Keith Urban, Hardy and Bailey Zimmerman performing during the four-day festival. Campgrounds opened today from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., and the concert area will open at noon on Thursday while tickets range from $166 to $748 before taxes and fees. KTAR
